DWD TECH TEAM

Quarter Course - 1/2 unit, Grade(s) 9-12

The DHS Student Tech Team will give interested students experience with the skills needed to troubleshoot common technology issues related to Chromebooks, Google Apps and other software. Students will learn how to perform basic hardware repairs on Chromebooks including screen and keyboard replacements. Students will also receive training in how to manage Tech Help Tickets, Chromebook inventory, repairs and shipping, logistics related to Chromebook distribution and return as well as the soft skills required for positive and effective customer service. Students will work in the D-Dub Tech Hub and help contribute to the DHS Student Tech Team Knowledge Base and communication platforms.
